Responsibilities:
- Update existing and develop new product collateral
- Maintain Wikipedia page and product descriptions on vendor and customer pages
- Update all product pages on the corporate website
- Work with Brand Marketing, Design, and Writer to execute and deliver on BAU activities including platform home page updates
- Manage relationships and collaborate with Sales and Account teams, Product and Technology on deliverables
- Create product customer communications relating to Product enhancements and launches
- Support the content and creative delivery e.g. sourcing images of client touch point program - Client Connect
- Identify, track and report on key metrics to gauge success of product marketing campaigns
- Deliver and take ownership of elements of launch plans of new products and enhancements to existing products
- Develop internal tools and external collateral including videos to support the product enhancement and launch promotion.
Requirements:
- 8 years' B2B professional experience to include 2+ years of product marketing experience
- Experience of marketing enterprise-level SaaS or B2B tech products preferred
- Degree qualified in relevant disciplines e.g. business, marketing
- Experience of working as part of a cross-functional team across geographies
- Strong communication, people and stakeholder management skills
- Working knowledge of CRM, marketing automation and social media tools - Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn and Twitter
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to extract insights from marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Excellent project management skills - ability to deliver projects to cost, time and quality
- Working knowledge of SEO, WordPress and Adobe PRO DC
- Demonstrable experience of working within a Product function
- Ability to use media applications such as Canva and Powtoon to create engaging digital assets such as info-graphics, short videos and animations
