Summary: My client a well-established cantonal bank in South of Zurich and they are looking for a German speaker senior figure with a management experience to lead their Legal & Compliance team.
Tasks:
- Managing the well-established Legal & Compliance team and pursue the development of this team
- Handling day-to-day challenges that the bank faces in the Legal & Compliance area and managing the risks properly
-Training of the staff
-Key areas of focus: Legal, Compliance and risk
Profile:
- Several years of experience in a Legal & Compliance area within a financial institutions, management experience is a plus.
- Field of legal work as a lawyer is a plus
-Fluency in German and English, other languages are plus
