One of the most successful banks in Germany is looking for a Head of IT-Infrastructure for Berlin to manage two teams with up to 25 people. Due to the increased team size and further planned growth, the bank has created this position to ensure that the further development of the IT landscape runs smoothly.

Main Responsibilities
*You take over the leadership of two teams of currently 10 people.
*You grow the teams up to a total of 25.
*You are responsible for the entire IT landscape and services as well as for the strategic development and expansion of the IT applications.
*You manage external employees and gradually transfer the tasks from project phases to employees within the organization.
*You secure the bank's ability to innovate and are responsible for change management, test and release management.
*You are the counterpart to the product department and specialist areas of the bank for the analysis, recording, prioritization and implementation of IT requirements.
*You continuously optimize the process-related cooperation with external service providers and IT service management.
Your Profile
*Diploma or Master in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or in a related field or Business Administration with a strong career in IT.
*Minimum of 10 years of work experience in the IT area.
*Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a leader.
*Experience in recruitment, hiring and building teams.
*Ideally leadership of executives (team leaders), including responsibilities as a motivator, communicator, coach and enabler for the team.
*Expertise in the operation of extensive IT systems.
*Experience in the fields of IT rollouts, digitalization and implementation of IT applications.
*Expertise in requirements management, ITIL, agile development methods, digital product development, change management and process orientation.
*Fluent in German and English.
