I am working with a Multi-Billion-Dollar FinTech brokerage who are currently seeking a highly driven and motivated FX salesperson to lead their sales desk in London. You will play a key part in the organisation of the sales team, having direct impact on the on-boarding process and generation of new business. Responsibilities
- Lead and support the sales team on projects.
- Pitch and close deals over the phone or face to face meetings with clients.
- Managing customer relationships to ensure that the on-boarding process runs smoothly.
- Monitor and forecast expected sales.
- On board and recruit new members for the desk.
- Implement sales program and training plans for the sales team.
Skills
- A track record in managing sales with FX
- Have experience within the UK market
- Experience working in a bank or broker selling to corporate clients.
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience leading, mentoring and developing a team
- Be able to build strong relationships
- Fluent in English
