My clinet is a leading European investment bank operating over 30 countries with big presence across North & South America, Europe and APAC region.
With a growing demand in the APAC region, they are currently looking for an experienced FX support technician to join their growing team that is commited to providing 1st and 2nd line production support to their global FX trading applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for eTrading and Distributed systems.
- Coordinate and provide support to vendor, thild party applications, client server environment and web servers.
- Investigate FIX issues while trading and performing execution
Key Requirements:
- Around 5 years of experience in a Production Support role
- Strong experience in Unix operating system
- Scripting skills in either Shell, Python, Perl
- Experience with databases and writing SQL queries
