Title: Finance Manager
Position overview: A top private investment firm is looking to hire self-driven and organized Finance Managers and Senior Finance Associates to join their teams in the Boston office. You will be a key part in supporting the financial framework within the team as well as for the greater company.
Responsibilities
- Organize financial reporting and operational activity for the firm's various entities
- Provide tax support for partnering entities
- Collaborate with other members of the team to drive initiatives, create efficiencies, and mentor junior team members
- Work with firm members of all levels on projects to enhance final product
- The manager role will also be responsible for leading their team and managing the accounting and operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA and Master's preferred for Manager role
- 5-7 years of public accounting experience at a Big 4 Consulting firm
- Experience auditing for financial services clients
- Advanced MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with Investran or other fund accounting software preferred
