Position: Analyst - Senior Associate FIG M&A (German Speaker)
Location: London, UK
Coverage: UK and DACH
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation of financial institutions.
- Develop detailed financial models and forecasts.
- Prepare compelling pitch materials and presentations.
- Analyse market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes.
- Engage with clients, building strong relationships and offering strategic advisory services.
- Contribute to deal execution and transaction management.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in FIG M&A (Wealth and Asset Management, FinTech).
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of UK and DACH financial markets is a must.
- Knowledge of German is a strong advantage.
