What you will do:
- New client on-boarding
- Case preparation and preliminary advice
- Ongoing day to day case management
- Drafting of Court Applications, Orders and documentation
- Trial Bundle preparation
- Instructing Counsel
- Court hearing attendance
This role would suit people who have:
- LLB Law Degree or GDL
- Minimum of 12 months commercial experience within family law
- Ideally experience with both Children Act and Divorce/Finance cases
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and reliable
- Strong literacy skills with excellent attention to detail
- The confidence to work in a fast paced and demanding role
- A passion and ambition to assist family law clients
