A leading company in the travel industry is looking to hire an Ethics & Compliance Manager that will sit in its LA office and be responsible for implementing a comprehensive compliance program and managing its day to day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain compliance policies and procedures
- Develop and implement compliance & ethics training programs
- Conduct annual risk assessments and assist in creating annual compliance workplans
- Compile necessary information for internal and external audits
- Maintain the company's risk tracking system
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of compliance experience in a corporate setting
- Experience developing and rolling out training programs
- Experience with Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery, and Anti-Corruption
- CCEP preferred
