This role is with a well-funded, pre seed Fintech firm that is opening an office in a Miami area. They are looking for someone who could be open to coming in on a flexible basis. At this time they are looking to bring on a Director of Lifecyle Marketing. As the Director, you will own the strategy and execution of end-to-end lifecycle marketing initiatives, ranging from first click to retention and renewal initiatives, with a focus on instilling loyalty within their customer base.
Responsibilities:
-Own and manage the email marketing calendar - drives strategy and planning with the aim of ensuring that email communications are aligned with key brand messages
-Develop and maintain audience segmentation
-Build out case studies, testimonials and quotes, acting as a content source
-Evaluate performances across key platforms
-create and refine effective programs that leverage tenure and customer data behavior
Qualifications
-4+ years of experience in CRM and Lifecycle Marketing
-Track record of success and can execute email campaigns
-Analytical thinker - comfortable with A/B test design & analysis
-Strong campaign management and problem-solving skill
