My client, a Top Tier New York based Global Hedge Fund, is looking for an experienced Developer to join their team in Tokyo!
This position will assist in all matters surrounding technology development and application support for the Asia team. The Developer will also participate in global weekly team meetings to review processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or its equivalent;
- Min of 3 years of experience on the buy-side or sell-side, developing trading, pricing or risk systems for interest rates and FX products is required;
- Extensive experience in Excel/VBA is required;
- Strong proficiency in C#, .Net, SQL Server, Python and/or C++ is a must;
- Fluency in English and Japanese is required;
- Must be self-motivated, self-starting, a team player, energetic and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skill
