VP Investor Relations
Introduction:
We are currently working with a leading Hedge Fund in London who are looking to hire a VP Investor Relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with investors, and driving business development efforts. This is a key role within the business and will require someone with strong communication skills, a proven track record in Investor Relations, and experience working in the Hedge Fund space.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with investors, including institutional investors, family offices, and high net worth individuals based within either the DACH or Nordic Regions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for investors, answering questions and providing regular updates on the business
- Work closely with the investment team to understand investment strategies and performance, and communicate this information to investors
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and presentations for investors
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and represent the business
- Drive business development efforts, identifying new investors and opportunities for growth
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record in Investor Relations
- Experience working in the Hedge Fund space
- Client facing experience
- Business development experience
Additional Information:
Our client is looking for someone with 7-10 years of experience in asset management and hedge funds. The ideal candidate will have been in a client facing role and have experience in IR talking to clients but wants to sell. They would consider a variety of people with 5-10 years of experience.
