Our client is seeking to add a Remote Corporate Development Analyst to their team driving M&A, non-organic growth, and other strategic initiatives. The Analyst will report to the VP and work with the President, CFO, and other executives across the company to source, execute, and integrate mergers, acquisitions, and other partnership and joint venture opportunities. As an Analyst on the Corporate Development team, you will have the opportunity to gain significant transaction experience, working with highly seasoned M&A professionals at a company backed by blue chip private equity funds.
Corporate Development Analyst will be responsible for:
* Developing the company's M&A growth strategy, oversee the due diligence process, and creation of summary materials
* Evaluating geographical markets and the relative position and competitive dynamics of practices, health systems, and payers within those markets
* Sourcing and Executing transactions, including managing pipeline of opportunities, and developing relationships with potential transaction partners
* Developing and reviewing detailed financial analysis and complex valuation models with respect to both financial statements as well as operating metrics generated from practice billing data
Corporate Development Analyst should have the following qualifications:
* Experience with Financial modeling, data analytics, and project management skills
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook developed in prior professional setting
* Excellent written and oral communication skills with leadership
* 1+ Years in Investment Banking or similar role
* Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred, particularly with physician services organizations
