A leading global bank in Singapore is looking for a Compliance Project Manager to join their team. The individual will be managing several Compliance projects to enhance frameworks tailored to regulations and the evolving business.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Prepare relevant documents (e.g., Gap analysis, RAID log, Roadmap etc.)
- Define and propose TOM
- Managing of stakeholders (e.g. UAT Coordination)
- Coordinating with compliance other central teams
- Coordinate administrative milestones (e.g. Regulatory approvals, OMC, SLAs)
- Business Analysis:
- Gather requirements (e.g. BRD Drafting)
- Design efficient tool workflows
- Contribute to digital initiatives
- Contribute to Permanent Control Framework
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (3+ years)
- 5+ years' work experience, 3+ years in project management
- Experienced in managing stakeholders varying in seniority, culture, and geography
- Knowledgeable in Compliance areas
- Able to be proactive and assertive in communicating to project stakeholders when needed
- Possess natural empathy skills to interact with stakeholders
- Strong business analytic skills
- Experience working with vendor solutions (e.g. AML, Filtering or workflow tools)
- Project management certifications (e.g. PMP, Agile) advantageous
- Compliance certifications (e.g. ACAMS) advantageous
- French speaking advantageous
