Job Responsibilities
- Handling SFC licensing application, licensing matters and requirements
- Keep track of SFC regulatory changes and EDSP
- Conduct day-to-day compliance tasks, including monitoring/surveillance, SFC filings, review and collection of brokerage statements
- Keep track of CPT requirements for Registered Officers
- Participate in ad hoc compliance projects
- Translate documents from English to Chinese and vice versa
Job Requirements
- University graduate or equivalent degree preferred, ideally in business, accounting or law
- Minimum 4 years of compliance experience in asset managers or fund houses
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills
