I am working with a consumer bank who is looking to fill a Senior Analyst role on their Collections & Recovery Strategy team in which you will be responsible for designing communication strategies and monitoring omni channel performance across multiple products. In this role you will work closely with senior leadership to enhance digital strategies with the objective of increasing customer engagement. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in credit risk analytics (preferably in collections & recovery) along with proficiency in SAS/SQL.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic communication enhancements to improve customer engagement across 7 different product types
- Prepare and present performance findings and action items to leaders
- Maintain and enhance robust performance tracking
- Partner with other teams to align on expected performance driven by strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in collections and recovery/credit risk analytics (preferably with a focus on channel outreach and customer engagement)
- SAS / Enterprise Guide / SQL or other data mining experience
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly with PowerPoint
- Strong presentation, influencing and negotiation skills
- Strong statistical background or experience in measuring operational strategies
- Strong organization and project management skills and the ability to partner with various internal stakeholders
- Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels and functions
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative study preferred (Math, Finance, Science etc.)
