Responsibilities:
- Originate new sales in the assigned territory to meet assigned sales quota and revenue targets for Real Time Data & Analytics
- Use appropriate techniques to build and manage a pipeline of new business targets and progress complex sales cycles
- Develop relevant client and industry relationships to elevate awareness and position of Pricing & Analytics and to drive business growth
- Work collaboratively with the wider Pricing & Analytics organisation to maximise existing customer footprint and retention and optimise growth opportunities
- Contribute to the EMEA growth strategy through pro-active knowledge of assigned territory, including market themes, competitive landscape etc.
- Manage forecasts and lead/campaign execution with rigor and accuracy.
Experience Required:
- 7-10 years of proven new business sales experience and a successful track record as a quota carrying sales professional
- Additional languages not essential but an added benefit
- Have a solid understanding of financial markets; knowledge of credit risk analytics, or fixed income solutions and/or experience working in a top tier banking institution
- Ability to generate leads and develop relationships, where none exist and follow-up effectively
- Discover use cases and position the content set by leveraging expertise from within the firm
- Understanding of recurring revenue businesses (new business and renewals)
