We are currently working with a leading International Trading House. They are seeking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Base oil/ Bitumen trader to join their Bitumen desk.
The base oil/ bitumen trader should ideally have his/her own trading book to start trading and be able to trade independently. In turn, you would be supported by robust operations and excellent sourcing capabilities to grow and expand your P&L and achieve more in your trading potential with the given autonomy in your trading decisions.
This role will work on a regional basis, have exposure to senior management and will supporting business strategy and objectives. The business has a young and vibrant culture working internationally.
Base oil/ Bitumen Trader. Location: Singapore. Salary: Highly Attractive
Responsibilities:
* Physical Base oil/ Bitumen Trader - Far east OR Africa markets
* Autonomy to manage and run your own trading book
* Prepare and analyse reports and charts to generate profits
* Grow client base and develop new business
* Daily monitoring of open trading positions to ensure risk management and credit limit exposures are in line with company's policies and procedures
* Add success and profitability - must have a profitable track record
* Role will be based in Singapore
Qualifications:
* Minimum 5-10 years of trading experience in Base oil/ Bitumen. More experience is welcome.
* Possess own trading book and ready to port over
* Fluent in English and mother tongue is a plus as you would be dealing with International Exceptional leadership skills with a positive attitude, patience and the ability to communicate effectively
