The Associate will be responsible for:
- Participating in deal executions and project management
- Assisting in prospective client and marketing meetings
- Mentoring junior bankers
- Delivering presentations for potential transactions
The Associate should have the following qualifications:
- 3+ years investment banking or related experience with solid track record of M&A transactions
- Work with a real estate investment banking or equity group, strongly preferred
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
- MBA/CFA/CPA, a plus
- Strong financial modeling and analysis experience, including LBOs, three statements, and discounted cash flows
- Superior management, communication, and analytical skills
- Enjoys working in team environment and project collaboration
