We are looking for a Technical Documentation Expert and Productivity Engineer to join our Commodities business to accelerate the speed to knowledge of our advanced technical platform across our growing team.
Your Opportunity:
- Partner with engineering, research and trading teams to educate, document and improve the speed and efficiency to which they can perform their jobs.
- Train a cohort of extraordinarily talented and analytically rigorous team members in technically advanced topics (code, systems, cloud, etc.), many of which are developed in-house.
- Build engineering solutions for scalable documentation pipelines. Be able to quickly capture and disseminate information about internal frameworks, tools and workflows.
- As a stakeholder in our advanced technology platform, drive enhancements that help maintain our competitive advantage.
Your Skills and Talents:
- Bachelor of Science degree or a higher level of education in a STEM field.
- Mature technology skills including fluency in Python and experience using multiple programming languages, cloud infrastructure and Unix systems.
- Experience building, maintaining and scaling complex documentation pipelines in code. Familiarity with latest knowledge capture tooling and efficiency workflows.
- Highly motivated to work in a fast paced, user facing, commercially focused environment with a commitment to excellence. Balances strong attention to detail and rapid deliverable throughput.
- Exceptional prioritization, organization and communication skills with a process-oriented mindset.
