I'm exclusively working with the Partners of a Leading Digital Asset Management firm in their onboarding for 2025! This firm is among the earliest to institutionalize crypto asset management and investment. It has become a well-known and trusted brand for clients and partners worldwide. The founder is a widely recognized and respected visionary in the crypto industry. The leadership team includes seasoned professionals from both digital assets/blockchain and traditional Wall Street backgrounds. The firm offers a comprehensive, one-stop platform integrating asset management, trading, principal investing, and mining. With a global presence spanning the US, Canada, Hong Kong, and Singapore, it ensures 24-hour service coverage.
The team is doing an exciting team expansion and seeking junior to mid-level Quantitative Researchers who are interested in transitioning into the crypto space. While prior crypto experience is not required, candidates must have a strong background in a reputable buy-side trading desk and be proficient in at least one major programming language. This is a rare opportunity to work under industry veterans from leading hedge funds, gaining exposure to cutting-edge strategies in digital assets.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience at a reputable buy-side trading desk
- Graduate from a top Quant Finance school or program
- Based in NYC
- Proficient in at least one major programming language (Python, C++, Rust, etc.)
