We are working with a trusted and enduring leader with over 50 years in the Property & Casualty insurance industry. They pride themselves on their commitment to being stable, innovative, and providing exceptional insurance services. We looking to add a motivated Property and Casualty Actuarial Analyst to join our dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
- Will work on pricing and reserving for personal lines insurance including homeowners and auto.
- Assist in the analysis of property and casualty insurance data.
- Support the development of actuarial models and forecasts.
- Collaborate with senior actuaries and other team members on various projects.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Ideally 2+ years of actuarial experience
- Passed at least 1-2 actuarial exams on the CAS track.
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
