What you'll be doing…
- Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, with a specific focus on STAT reporting
- Closely analyzing industry trends and regulatory changes to stay current with accounting standards, while helping to implement best practices across the wider organization
- You will be responsible for addressing complex accounting issues, implementing new accounting standards, and providing expert guidance on technical accounting matters.
What you'll need to be successful…
- Strong knowledge of US STAT and GAAP financial reporting, preferably within the health care industry
- 5+ years of experience in accounting with 1-2 years of leadership or mentorship experience
- CPA designation is preferred, but not required
